Yes. If you state that you need you order urgently I may be able to prioritize it depending on the volume of work that I currently have. Please contact me via a conversation and I will let you know if I am able to expedite it or not. If you’ve decided to buy without letting me know, please leave a note to seller and this way I’ll know it’s urgent. I’ll do my best to accelerate processing but can't make any promises.
As soon as I finish processing I take it to the Post Office and ship it. I always try to go before the pick up time so the truck takes your order shortly after I drop it off.
It depends on where you are located and the type of shipping that you select during checkout. Please remember to add 1 - 4 business days that I need to make the necklace, print the card, and package it.
Honestly, I secretly wish I could escort each piece I leave in the post office and watch it until it’s delivered. Or, I wish I could hand in the piece in person. But that’s impossible. As impossible it is to guarantee those arrivals. The mail and courier services I use give me ranges and that’s all I can go by. Yes, occasionally delays may happen but that is totally out of my control. Thank you for understanding that. Maybe the near future will allow me to guarantee deliveries. I’m always keeping an eye on the latest technology advances.
Canada Post does not offer tracking numbers when standard shipping is bought. My least expensive option is precisely that one. If you need tracking information please go with the next shipping upgrade available. When these options are selected, right after I ship I provide the corresponding tracking number(s). You can use Etsy to track your order but sometimes the information is not up to date. When that happens you can always go to the company website (Canada Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and track it directly there

Yes, you can certainly return your order. All the details are in my return policy on Etsy and on my website. Here is the deal: I get it if you didn’t like what you bought. It happens. Simply return it in good condition, within a reasonable timeframe and when I receive it I’ll issue you a refund minus shipping expenses and a small restocking fee. Pretty standard stuff.
