Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship if I buy now?

It takes me 1 to 4 business days to process every order before it's shipped. My store reserves the right to refuse service. Abuse will not be tolerated and the order will be cancelled.

What do you mean with “process”?

It means making the necklace, printing & cutting the custom card, preparing the gift box, assembling the package, taking it to the mail and shipping it. Please keep in mind all pieces found in my shop are handmade

When will you ship my order?

As soon as I finish processing I take it to the Post Office and ship it. I always try to go before the pick up time so the truck takes your order shortly after I drop it off.

When can I expect to receive my order?

It depends on where you are located and the type of shipping that you select during checkout. Please remember to add 1 - 4 business days that I need to make the necklace, print the card, and package it.

Can you guarantee my order will arrive in the posted timeframe?

Honestly, I secretly wish I could escort each piece I leave in the post office and watch it until it’s delivered. Or, I wish I could hand in the piece in person. But that’s impossible. As impossible it is to guarantee those arrivals. The mail and courier services I use give me ranges and that’s all I can go by. Yes, occasionally delays may happen but that is totally out of my control. Thank you for understanding that. Maybe the near future will allow me to guarantee deliveries. I’m always keeping an eye on the latest technology advances.

How do I track my order?

If you need tracking information please go straight to the canadapost.ca or usps.com. Right after I ship I provide the corresponding tracking number(s). You can use Etsy to track your order but sometimes the information is not up to date. When that happens you can always go to the company website (Canada Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and track it directly there.

Does the jewelry come in a gift box?

Absolutely. All my pieces come in a cute little gift box ready to be handed.

Can I change the message on the card or the stone shown in the photos?

Of course! Please leave the custom message and the stone of your choice in the Note to Seller space when you are making your purchase. I will make sure it’s included with your order.

Do you accept returns? How does that work?

Yes, you can certainly return your order. All the details are in my return policy on Etsy and on my website. Here is the deal: I get it if you didn’t like what you bought. It happens. Simply return it in good condition, within a reasonable timeframe and when I receive it I’ll issue you a refund minus shipping expenses and a small restocking fee. Pretty standard stuff.
